I believe that meaningful change is possible, and my role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s getting in the way and find your way forward. My approach is solution-focused and collaborative, drawing on the strengths you already have while helping you build new tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are dealing with a difficult season in life or working through something that has been weighing on you for years, I am here to walk alongside you.
