I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor specializing in relationships, personal healing, and overall well-being. I offer a calm, empathetic, and confidential space where clients can explore what is happening in their lives and relationships at a deeper level.
I work with people experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, and ongoing relationship challenges, as well as those navigating life transitions or seeking meaningful personal growth. My approach is integrated and person-centered, supporting both emotional insight and practical change.
In my work, clients are guided to better understand patterns, improve communication, and develop effective tools to manage stress and regulate emotions. I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods and tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
I help people reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and move through life transitions with greater confidence and ease.

With over twenty years of counselling experience, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the resilience people carry into the therapy room. My background spans a wide range of settings — from employee assistance work and crisis stabilization to residential therapy and First Nations community supervision — and I’ve had the privilege of working alongside individuals of all ages, from preschoolers to older adults, across diverse cultural backgrounds.
I believe that meaningful change is possible, and my role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s getting in the way and find your way forward. My approach is solution-focused and collaborative, drawing on the strengths you already have while helping you build new tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Whether you are dealing with a difficult season in life or working through something that has been weighing on you for years, I am here to walk alongside you.
